Checklist to Upload for the Income Report aka “Nettogewinnermittlung”

Immigration will for sure have told that you need to submit either an income report (aka “Nettogewinnermittlung”) or an income audit (aka “Prüfungsbericht”). Each of these reports requires certain sets of documents and / or other information. Below, we share with you what you are requested to upload for your income report.

Please upload all of the below documents for the period to report on. This period will be typically between the last granting and “now”. If you are not sure whether a document is suitable or not, please refrain from asking upfront. Received assessments of income tax (Bescheide über Einkommenssteuer) during the audit period
Preliminary P&L (Einnahme-Überschuss-Rechnung, EÜR) for the current year until the beginning of the last month (as much as possible)
Proof of paying your Health Insurance Hint: Filter the bank movements, save it as a PDF and upload that file which you may name “Proof of paying health insurance”.
