Expedited Opening of a Company

We have learned that for some people it is more urgent than "as soon as possible". In order to meet this expectation, we discussed with our notary how to achieve this. Once you have placed the order, we will check the usabililty of your company's name and fine-tune the business decription — inside two calendar days and arrange the appointment with the notary within two additional days. So, if you place your order on Friday afternoon afterhours, you can expect your draft latest on Sunday and we plan to visit the notary on Wednesday. This means we can found your company inside one week. Afterwards, we expedite the processing to the most of our ability.

When to Register Expeditely?

A typical situation will be when you are here on a tourist / business visa or need a company "yesterday" to close a deal "tomorrow".

Before you need to ask, just opening the company will not let you apply from Germany for a business permit. There is a lot more to consider! We recommend that you book your consultation parallel to opening your company.

Prerequisities for Expedited Opening of a Company

In order to successfully open your company quickly, we must insist on the following:

1. elaborately wording your line of business to the best of your abilities, though we will check it, we both have to avoid a lengthy discussion,
2. take out the remote founding – regardless whether you are living here or not,
3. payment in full has been made,
4. you respond to our draft within 24 hours.

Regardless of the hurry, we insist that you have a correct setup according to your wishes. For this reason, we will only visit the notary once you have approved our drafts! Anything else will only trigger a longer duration of the opening process. You will only be eligible for a refund of the fee for an expedited opening when you do not get our draft within two calendar days and we have not visited the notary two German business days after your approval.

Subsidiary

Are you opening a subsidiary? No issue! We will still have to prove the existence of your company, but you have time. You will do this in parallel with approving your representation at our notary. This ought not to delay anything. We will show you how to process it all quickly.

Fees for Expedited Processing
